The Verve is outfitted with two bedrooms (master with a king bed, and bedroom two with two singles), two bathrooms, a spacious living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and a media room with a double sofa bed available on request (for guest 5/6). Views overlooking the beautiful Sunshine Coast coastline can be easily accessed from most rooms.

Enjoy nearby access to Cotton Tree Beach, just minutes from the apartment, walking distance to a number of shops and cafes, and a short 5 min drive up Aerodrome Rd to spend a day shopping in the newly expanded Sunshine Plaza. Because of the central location, it’s a simple drive further north to climb Mount Coolum, or visit Hastings St in Noosa, or even plan a family trip with the kids just around the corner at Sea Life Mooloolaba.

Summary: We enjoyed walking on the beach every morning, and the apartment was centrally located for us with great restaurants nearby. The apartment has all the facilities we needed, however it is the view and fresh sea breeze that was the highlight. We would recommend this apartment to friends.

Summary: This lovely apartment had everything we needed for a very comfortable and relaxing 2 week stay. It was immediately obvious that the owners had gone above and beyond with extra little touches like all the basics in the pantry, no skimping on cleaning and washing supplies, cushions on the outdoor furniture, plenty of linen and towels and so much more. The apartment has a great beach theme which we loved. Thank you to the team at Welcome Ready we’ll definitely be back!

Summary: This property is exactly what we expected. Beautifully presented, spotless, a wonderful view and well furnished. The location is terrific with cafes and a magnificent bakery within a minutes walk. The patrolled beach is just a stone throw away. Can’t wait to get back for another stay.
