Positive: I liked the many activities that are family orientated. Friendly staff and beautiful lodge. The fact that there is a small shop that caters for all. My family and I had an absolute blast.

Positive: Beautiful and have everything one needs. There's plenty of activities to do for the entire family

Negative: I just don't like that you can hear people talking in the next room. When people walk on the top floor, there is noise for those down stairs. Once a person wakes up to make coffee for themselves all the people are forced to wake up. Rooms needs to be soundproofed The roads are bad. There's no way one can recommend the place with confidence because of that gravel road

Positive: The facilities in the resort were lovely, and so was our chalet. It was very well kitted out and we enjoyed staying there. There is so much to do, and the activities on the verandah every day were a lot of fun!

Negative: The walls were paper thin. It felt like our neighbours were in our chalet at times. We could hear their conversations and what they were watching on TV. For the school holiday season, the restaurant was really understaffed. We waited a long time for service most times we went there. The staff that were there were pleasant though, and coped well, despite being run off their feet.

Negative: Short staffed at the restruarant! Waited a while to be helped & served. Other than that - overall everything else was amazing.

Positive: The accommodation was to die for. L9ved the closeness to nature everything was perfect

Negative: A bit too much noise from neighbours on the first night. I didn't want to complain but when it got near 1 am I called security and it was all sorted
