Positive: Great clean accommodation with loads of activities for families. Staff were all friendly and helpful. All facilities were well-maintained. The kids loved the itenery of activities available on a daily basis.

Negative: The unit was a bit small, but was fine. Only complaint would be that because the units are 'joined' the neighbours can be heard whether they were speaking or watching tv. Our neighbours were a family with young children, so it was quite noisy late at night and early in the morning. Another thing was that you had to pay a nominal fee for everything. So if you wanted to use the heated pool, it would cost R20 for half a day per person. There are small costs like this for everything. They do add up if you're there for multiple days and are with your family. Also, make sure you take your own towel for swimming. There are no other options besides for using your room towel, which isn't great if you still need to shower after.

Positive: The facilities were clean and well kept. Staff were so helpful. Kitchen well equipped.

Negative: Top room was very hot.
