Positive: The property is deep in the bush,away from the noice of the busy city life,no TV in the rooms,which is good for relaxation and bonding with your partner or family,there are animals roaming around,waken up by the beautiful sound of birds,beautiful views,big clean swimming pool,also loved the three course meal for supper with mouthwatering dessert.

Positive: Very friendly staff. They made the stay so much more worth it. Our room got upgraded after experiencing some issues with our initial room.

Positive: I really like Thaba Khaya. They are very conveniently located just 90 minutes out of Joburg. We saw lots of giraffes and all kinds of rare sables that you usually do not encounter at games drives. Food was homely and nice too

Negative: Facility didn’t have a TV set in the room; to watch sporting match you had to leave your room and go to a common room; sharing the viewing as a group! Unacceptable The common room also had mosquitoes. Our room, shower, toilet had no separating door, so the steam from shower and toilet use had no privacy. Thank God it was with my husband. The air con was on but no cold air, reliance was on ceiling fan. Told the man who does the repair is off! The pool had green algae on the floor which made it slippery. Dangerous!!
