Positive: Position of hotel very convienient to get to the Cathedral and City shops. Very clean, staff very polite and the outlook is Amazing along the river Severn, lovely to see the swans and wildlife, a very pretty hotel and we visited the Christmas Markets, the hotel was dressed for Christmas and very tastefully done too. Brenda the head housekeeper was so nice to us as she spoke to us about the hotel and grounds, other staff were lovely, Nothing too much trouble in this hotel. Fab breakfast and much choice, we were not rushed. Beds were comfortable and very clean rooms. We will book again.

Positive: The location is just amazing! Beautiful gardens and river view. No traffic noise. The food was excellent! I thoroughly enjoyed my dinner in the garden. Compliment to the chef!

Negative: The outside windows were full of cobwebs but this didn't make my stay less enjoyable.
