Recently remodeled single family home ,two bedrooms, two baths. Sleeps 4 , I king size bed in master ,1 queen bed in 2 nd bedroom with twin pull out underneath , couch in living room pulls out . Blackout shades throughout house. Cozy, farmhouse style, fully equipped kitchen. Modern baths, master includes custom shower with dual heads and custom tile work , while the guest bath also features custom tile work, along with an extra deep tub. Incredible kitchen for hosting gatherings. Nice size, fenced in yard. Safe location, near airport and downtown. Elementary school less than 2 min walking distance. Close to shopping, restaurants, and local attractions; trail system. 5 min walk to Fish creek trail. Less than 3 miles to Tony Knowles Coastal Trail. Several coffee shops within walking distance. High speed Internet included. Washer and dryer on site. Chest freezer available. Ample Parking, up to 5 vehicles.

And, thank you for the coffee pods - yummm.Suggestion: install some hooks close to the shower in the master bath to reach after a shower.I think I left behind a pill box - I shall miss that.Have a blessed day.

Summary: This house is absolutely perfect! The neighborhood is up and coming with a mix of fixed up and not fixed up homes. But don't let that fool you. We felt completely safe. Everything we needed was provided and the location is minutes to just about anything in Anchorage. Highly recommend!

Summary: We were impressed with the house as it was very nicely remodeled with upgraded everything and was exactly as it was presented. As others have stated it was not in the best neighborhood. We are runners but were able to go out and find a nice route to run and saw other residents out walking their dogs. The host had a fully stocked kitchen with lots of extras, as well as the bathrooms with plenty of towels and bathroom supplies.

Summary: My husband and I went with another couple on a trip to Alaska. Our stay here was our first night in Alaska before meeting with our group tour. This house was perfect. Each couple had our own bedroom and privacy. House was clean & decorated nicely. We had large living room with comfortable sofa and recliners. If we make it back to Alaska we would definitely choose to stay here again. We had everything we could possibly need.
