Negative: Lack of wireless internet was hard for me because I don't have AT&T. I have T-mobile with a Verizon esim, so was able to use that for the net but used up my 5Gb allowance fairly quickly. Also, my ipad and macbook lack HDMI so I couldn't connect them to the TV. If the TV is capable of airplay, maybe instructions could be available to connect to the TV that way.

Summary: Good location for us, comfortable. Appreciated washer and dryer.

Positive: Great location located literally 5 minutes from everything we needed. Loved the upstairs and downstairs and the ability to use the washer and dryer. Good kitchen in working order. Parking was easy and efficient.

Negative: No wifi or TV for 5 days was rough. We had travel/flight plans we needed to access so each day we had to drive to Starbucks to access wifi. Upstairs bathroom is definitely tiny but manageable.

Positive: A small COZY cottage like house in a quiet neighborhood.

Negative: No internet/cable, had to have own laptop and we didn’t bring one. We would have liked to watch tv. Small bathrooms.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay, spent time out a lot, but to be able to watch tv at the end of the day would be a lot better.
