Set on two floors the villa provides attractive and comfortable furnishings throughout. It has hot/cold air conditioning in all three bedrooms, the lounge and the kitchen. The villa plot, which is fully walled, has pretty, well stocked and well maintained gardens to the front,sides and rear and features a purpose built BBQ There is wifi access throughout .The 8x4 metres pool is next to a patio area with 6 sun loungers and a covered terrace which is furnished with a dining table and chairs. There is secure parking for up to six cars in the front garden and shaded parking for one car under the house.
The majority of the living accommodation is on the first floor which is reached by a flight of stairs on the outside of the house .PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO INTERNAL STAIRCASE.
The entrance to the accommodation is through the Naya which is furnished as a dining room, this leads into the spacious sitting room which has a wood burning stove and comfortable seating for seven people as well as sat.TV . Adjoining the sitting room is a well equipped and fully fitted kitchen complete with ceramic hob ,multifunction electric oven,. large fridge freezer and dishwasher as well as a good selection of small electric appliances should you wish to cook meals from scratch .
The Master bedroom has a king sized bed (which was replaced in September 2016), a chest of drawers, two bedside cabinets and built in wardrobes, one of which contains a safe. There is a sink in one of the other cupboards. The second bedroom on this floor is furnished with zip and link beds which can be made up as either a large king sized bed or two twins ,each 80 cms wide. A wardrobe, a chest of drawers and two bedside cabinets complete the furnishings in this room. A bathroom with a shower over the bath ,a basin ,and a WC complete the accommodation on this floor.
The ground floor consists of garage/store room which houses a washing machine which has a "QUICK WASH " programme; it displays how long the programme will take to completion..It does, however, tell lies. Don't be surprised if it takes a further 10 mins or so, that doesn't mean its broken.
The third bedroom is on this floor and is accessed through a small entrance lobby which houses a small fridge/freezer and an electric kettle so that it is easy to make a hot drink or enjoy a cold drink without going upstairs. A shower room is also accessed through the lobby.The bedroom is very spacious and is furnished with zip and link beds each of which is 90 cms wide and again can made up as a double bed or twin singles. There is also a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, two bedside cabinets and two wicker chairs.|The window overlooks the pool .and lower garden. The accommodation on the lower floor is approached via a covered terrace which is furnished with a dining table and six comfortable chairs . The villa is surrounded by a well kept garden on all four sides which is lovingly tended by a professional gardener.

Summary: The property was exactly as described. It has everything you need for you to enjoy your stay. It's in a lovely setting, with great views with Calpe and Moraira within easy driving distance. Wendy, the host, responded quickly even for the silliest of questions. We had wanted a week to completely switch off; we came home feeling refreshed and well rested. Mission accomplished!

Summary: Wendy was a great host, very good with communication and we appreciated the flexibility with arrival days etc. The villa had everything we needed, the pool was well maintained and the garden beautiful - both sun and shade all day. Having a separate annex worked well for our party, great having a kettle and fridge downstairs too. We really appreciated being able to walk to the beach and a good supermarket. The beach restaurant was great and well used too! Good location for a couple of airports, and venturing for wider sight seeing as well.

Summary: Casa Lita is a very well-maintained property just a few minutes from the beach at La Fustera. Although we were there mid-winter it was still (just) warm enough for a brief swim! The property has everything you need for a very pleasant stay and the Algi supermarket just down the road is very well stocked, including with fresh croissants in the morning!

Summary: We are just coming to the end of a great three week stay at Casa Lita with our Daughter and three Grandsons. Beautiful location with every amenity provided. Summary: Excellent Holiday Home. Friendly and helpful management, well maintained. Easy walk to beach. (6 mins). Easy walk back (ok it's uphill! 10 mins). Super beach nearby, snorkellling rocky cove also nearby. Beach front music and beach bar super in evenings. Holiday house is in a very quiet secluded spot overlooking the sea and hills. Pool super. Summary: We have had a much needed relaxing week at Casa Lita. The villa was clean and had a real home from home feeling. The pool was great fun (albeit a tad chilly on first entering)but the old adage “its ok once you are in” was very true. Having a car is a must, we ventured out and about taking in as many sights as we could in our week. Communication with Wendy has been easy and her quick helpful replies were much appreciated. Kirstie very kindly arranged for some essential supplies as we arrived late and had 2 hungry children. Over all a great Villa, supper owners and great location. 👍

Summary: We have just returned from another holiday at Casa Lita. The villa is well equipped with all could possibly want for your holiday plenty of kitchen equipment, wi-fi and freeview tv. Comfortable beds and lounge. Outside is a beautiful swimming pool and mature gardens with lemon and lime trees and established plants. The property is clean and well maintained any problems are soon sorted out by Kirstie the on site contact. Casa Lita is situated in a quiet residential area of La Fustera but only a short drive or walk to the local beach, bars restaurants and supermarket and nearby to Calpe and Moraira where there are numerous bars and restaurants. The owners of Casa Lita Wendy and Ivor have always been very helpful and we would not hesitate to recommend this villa to our family and friends. Peter and Barbara

Summary: We have very much enjoyed our week in the Casa Lita. The house offers plenty of space and a beautiful garden. The pool is great and there are several nice places on the location where you can read a book or just relax and have a drink. The local beach is beautiful and there is a nice supermarket in town. I would recommend a car to get around the Costa Blanca. One highlight besides enjoying the house, was a daytrip to Valencia. Thanks, Wendy, for the nice and easy contact.
