Positive: The villa met all our expectations. It was comfortable, spacious, clean, and well equipped with everything we needed. Check-in and key collection were smooth. We felt good and safe there. The sea view and the beautiful sunrises will stay with us for a long time. We recommend it!

Negative: Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi didn’t work in every room

Positive: Spacious and modern villa with a beautiful view. Peaceful, quiet neighbourhood (if you ignore the construction works nextdoor that are currently happening).

Negative: When we arrived the pool was extremely dirty, it was so bad that we didn’t want to use it for the first days (until it was fixed). The poolman and the people from VH Costa Blanca kept claiming it was because of the use of suncream by the people before us, which is 1) not true and 2) something that shouldn’t even matter since we pay for a villa with a clean (!) pool and shouldn’t be the victim of the people before us. We couldn’t see the tiles of the pool, the water was greenish and slimy. They said it was green because of the yellow of the suncream and the blue of the water. Yes, they really did. Luckily it was fixed after a few days, but we are disappointed by the not so interested reaction of the pool man and the people from VH Costa Blanca. The shower outside next to the pool was also very dirty, as if it hadn’t been used for multiple weeks. We cleaned this ourselves. We read in previous reviews that there were construction works being done in the area. I contacted VH CB two times to ask for more information but they never answered. We took our chances, but when we arrived we unfortunately realized the house next to the villa was being built. From 7:30 am til 17pm everyday except Sunday there was a lot of noise. We understand that this happens, but we think it’s unfair and sad that we were not informed properly. When we talked to them about it they said they had not yet received complaints… like that changes anything for us? Then there were a few ‘stupid’ but annoying things like: no room to place your clothes in the wardrobes (you can only hang them), something is wrong with the blinds: if you completely open them you can’t close them again unless you pull them down - which isn’t possible because of the mosquito nets. Quality of the cooking pots is really bad. This is a villa with 4 rooms, so up to 8 adults, but they don’t want to give 2 sets of keys.
