A cosy detached very private one bedroom annex, with king-size bed & single bed accommodation, breakfast, parking, open plan kitchen / lounge, en-suite shower & WC, with use of our HOT TUB (available throughout the year).
An ideal base in the heart of peaceful Dorset to relax & explore from, with 5 star reviews ! Great beaches, attractions and pubs all around. Daily breakfast supplied, of various teas, Nespresso coffee, toast, croissants, preserves, cereal selection, fruit juice & milk.

* Beds: 1 x King-size, 1 x Single Bed
* Bed linen and towels: Bed linen and towels provided for free at the property.
* Accessibility: You need to climb a small flight of stairs to access the property.

Summary: Fantastic area ideally situated for those wishing to explore some of Dorset's magnificent coast. Accommodation is very clean, modern & comfortable, attention to detail is excellent. The host Jason is super friendly, not intrusive but there should you need him or fancy a dip in the excellent Spa. Overall, our experience was excellent, the price is fair for this level of accommodation and the location is great, we will most definitely be booking again!.

Summary: Not the sort of place or location we would usually book but were looking for something which wouldn't be too dependent on the weather or on Covid-19 restrictions - (this ticked those boxes due to the self contained accommodation and hot-tub). Jason is a friendly, conscientious and helpful host. If we had a query he would answer promptly and would get the hot-tub ready for us at short notice. He is very knowledgeable and has plenty of useful tips for visitors to the area .

Summary: Everything went so well. Beautiful property and grounds. Jason made us feel so welcome and was extremely helpful with assistance and local knowledge. The hot tub was great. Jason set it up for us despite the dark, cold, wet December weather. We had a great fun time and would highly recommend.

Summary: Very clean, modern apartment. Location great for visiting local areas. Hot tub an added bonus, made very welcome by Jason and family , not forgetting Winnie the family pet. Would recommend this property. Love to go back again

Summary: We decided to holiday in the UK this year so we could take our puppy with us. We normally holiday abroad. We were worried that our holiday wouldn’t be the same but in all honesty this holiday was completely perfect. The accommodation was just right, Jason and Rebecca could not have been more friendly, lovely and accommodating. The hot tub was at our disposal whenever we requested which was fabulous. Jason was so attentive, making sure we were ok every day. The Den was spacious and suited our needs, with breakfast provided! We also had full use of their beautiful surroundings with amazing views!! All in all the family, accommodation and location made our holiday and we would fully recommend this holiday let if planning a relaxing, chilled break in this wonderful part of the world.
