Positive: What a lovely quiet place to stay, the cottage has a beautiful chocolate box look and inside didn't disappoint as it felt as if you've always been there . Clean and well appointed with comfortable beds and lounge, the kitchen was amazing with everything you'd need . Great pub in the elm tree opposite with great food and beer what more could you ask for. Will definitely stay again maybe when the weather is a bit better but I suppose what would you expect in January lol 😆. Thank you ...

Negative: If I was being really picky maybe a couple of new sofas in the lounge but that's just a personal thought .

Positive: Lovely cosy cottage and a real home from home. Fully equipped with everything you need and lots more. A much appreciated welcome pack on arrival of biscuits, muesli, tea etc. Comfy beds, all perfect for our stay. Also the community run Elm Tree pub opposite was fab too; lovely people, lovely food. Great walks in the surrounding area, walked to the Fleet and Chesil beach/coastline. We hope to return soon, thank you so much
