The tastefully newly furnished 4-room holiday house "Villino Lavarello" is located in a sunny and quiet location only about 100 m from the lake and the promenade. Small but fine is the best thing at "Villino Lavarello". The approximately 60 m² enclosed garden gives you privacy and offers ideal conditions to eat, relax and linger. From the approximately 10 m² balcony, however, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the lake as far as Isola Madre. Inside there is a living / dining room, a small studio, a separate kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The lake with the public swimming pool (with its own sandy beach) as well as the public beach with Liegewiese can be reached in 2 minutes on foot, and so a refreshing bath in the morning before the breakfast nothing in the way! Also for the physical well-being is provided, as groceries, bars and restaurants are within walking distance. If you prefer jogging than swimming, the lakeside promenade with its 8 km of length is an excellent route. If you are still longing for the rest of the world, you have a free wireless Internet access to navigate the Internet. You park your car on a locked property next to the house.
