This laid back desert home is an exceptional escape from your busy life. Perfect place to relax, refresh, rehydrate, recharge and rejuvenate. Simply drop your bags and sink into the comfy furniture or lounge on the patio around your private pool.
Once rested up the options are endless. There is so many hiking, biking, horse back riding and off road trails just a mile away. If golf is your thing there are three local public courses. Basic grocery and a few dining option in Gold Canyon or venture out to San Tan Village, Downtown Gilbert, Tempe Market Place or Scottsdale. Possibilities are plentiful.
Retreat back to home base with a well stocked kitchen to prepare meals and dine alfresco with sunsets and mountain views.
This gated community is quiet with no lighting which makes it perfect for star gazing to end your night. The pool can be heated when prearranged for $20 a day.

Summary: This property was incredibly convenient for attending the Renaissance Festival, beautifully furnished and appointed with everything we needed! It was spacious and wonderful to be able to visit and prepare meals. The pool was a bonus as well! Greatly appreciated the prompt communication and having all instructions clearly stated.
