Positive: We had the pleasure to spend two days and one night in the Oman desert at the glamping site just before New Year. We had selected this venue on the basis of Booking reviews. We did not know what to expect, but this turned out the best two days of our Oman holiday, also for our two young daughters. Salah, owner of the venue made this an exceptional experience. He organised the transport, camel ride, dune bashing and amazing dinner, full with surprises. He handled all of it, tailored it patiently to our wishes, adapted it on site, in a very smooth and relaxed manner, which enabled us to enjoy every moment our desert visit at the fullest. The accommodation was impeccable, the food delicious, and Salah and his experienced team incredibly nice and welcoming. In short, an unforgettable trip, filled with stunning moments and meeting kind local people, and we would warmly recommend this to all that would like to visit the Oman desert, and which could serve both as a romantic excursion as well as an adventurous one for a family with kids of all ages.

Positive: Salah - our host - is a really friendly and welcoming person invested in making the desert stay a unique and unforgettable experience. My wife and I literally had our best time and memories of Oman in Salah’s private camp! The camp is located in a different region than all the other touristic camps, which makes the desert experience and privacy even greater! The tents are very spacious and the beds are so comfortable. Moreover, Salah and his team were able to adapt to all our requests or wishes, but Salah also organized special surprises along our stay such as sunrise & sunset camel walks, evening Bedouin singers & dancers, and even more… Furthermore, we had at all time a large variety of delicious Omani specialities in abondance. I can say that the quality of materials, food, and services are way better than 5 stars hotels. Therefore, I highly recommend Desert Moments Glamping camp and will come back for sure with friends and family members in a very near future. A big thank you to Salah & his wonderful team!!!

Positive: We like to thank our host Salah and his staff for the perfect private stay. Everything was top. Salah picked us up on time and the accomodation was very well fitted out. During diner Salah explained us a lot about the Omani history which was very interesting. The food was amazing. The location was very nice with beautiful 360 degrees views. Salah arranged a nice cameltour in the surroundings. Wish we could have stayed their 2 day's longer. It's a perfect stay for a day of two/three. It's not cheap but certainly worth every Riaal. For sure we will go back in the near future. Peter and Natasha
