Beautiful newly remodeled home ready to accommodate any family or group traveling to Tempe with HEATED POOL capable providing year round swimming (weather permitting of course). The home is only 15 minutes away from the airport and ASU campus! This fantastic home features 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, game room, 2 car garage and POOL that we heat for free during the colder months!! Home comes stocked with INCREDIBLE accommodations to make your stay as easy and enjoyable as possible. Home includes cable, WiFi, memory foam mattresses, 3 king size beds, pantry supplies, coffee, pots and pans, snacks, and many more! 5 minutes to the interstate and within a quick minute of dining and entertainment. *NO ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEES!*
We use this home for our own personal getaway several times a year. It has been designed to specifically accommodate guests. The home comes fully furnished and has everything you should need.
Every bedroom contains a memory foam mattress and closet. Every bed also comes with a down alternative, hypo-allergenic comforter. There is baby monitor and pack and play available as well. We furnish the bathrooms with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toilet paper as we don't want you to have to worry about the essentials! There are hair dryers available in both bathrooms.
The laundry room is fully equipped with a brand new washer and dryer. We also provide laundry detergent, bleach, iron and ironing board.
The kitchen is fully stocked with a refrigerator/freezer combo with ice machine, oven with stovetop, microwave, dishwasher (detergent included), plates, dishes, silverware, glassware, plastic cups, pots/pans, cooking utensils, toaster, Tupperware, coffee maker (coffee, creamer and sugar provided), spices, condiments, cooking oils, and select sauces! We even have children's plates, bowls, glasses, silverware and a high chair to accommodate our little Guests!
The living room has a huge 70" LED Smart TV that includes over 140 channels! The TV also offers Netflix, Hulu, Prime video etc with the push of a button for those with a subscription to these platforms. The master bedroom has a 50" smart LED TV with over 140 channels as well! The entire home has blazing fast internet speeds of up to 150 Mbps download speed; perfect for streaming videos and games or just browsing the web!
The back patio includes exterior seating as well as a BBQ grill with propane and grilling tools provided. You'll truly enjoy the back of the home with the fully functioning pool equipped with electric and solar heating that runs daily at NO EXTRA CHARGE! **We keep the pool set at 83 degrees during the colder months but may not reach that temperature on colder days**Pool goes up to 10 feet deep! We provide pool toys and lawn chairs to give you a chance to bask in the warm Arizona sun! There is also a fire pit available for your enjoyment!
There is a surveillance system on the property. There are 6 outdoor cameras which are viewable on the TV in the living room. There is also a Ring doorbell on the front door.
This home has everything you should need and then some! The only thing that is missing, is YOU!
The entire home is yours and check in is a breeze as every reservation gets their own access code to the smart lock on the front door. The 2 car garage is available for your use as well!
The neighborhood is extremely quiet and family friendly! Home is within minutes restaurants, movie theaters and shopping.

Summary: We stayed for 8 days at Stefan and Devin's home and loved every minute. The home is clean, quiet, well-stocked, spacious, and the beds were VERY comfortable. We spent a LOT of time in and around the pool, and had a terrific time. We loved the palm trees surrounding the pool. Location of the home was excellent! The communication with our hosts was prompt and friendly. We are already planning a return visit!

Summary: The home was clean, neighborhood was quiet. Location to airport was great! Communication was good. Lots to do around the area. The home was lacking proper pans for cooking. I have a big family so cooking is one way I like to enjoy a vacation. I felt a bit uneasy due to the number of cameras around the property including inside the garage. I understand the need for security, the multiple cameras felt a little excessive. It impacted my overall sense of privacy.

Summary: We were celebrating our daughter's birthday and Easter. We really enjoyed the house, the pool, the games, the comfy beds and the huge couch! It was so nice to find snacks and coffee there since we didn't have time to hit the store our first night. Thanks for a great weekend and we'll be back for graduation!

Summary: The hosts did a great job. They communicated well, and when we needed a repair, they sent someone to the house within hours. They stocked the house with everything we needed, such as condiments, oils, spices, etc., which I really appreciated. They even had chips, which my children devoured. Also, the beds are super comfortable.However, I couldn't bring myself to give them five stars. I'm pretty burnt out on short-term rentals which make the properties look better than it is. They didn't say anything false, but the pictures make the house look bigger and more luxurious than it is. For the price we paid, I expected the home to be nicer. The wear and tear of being a short-term rental can be seen in the carpets, and it just had a four-star feel.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was clean, spacious and nicely appointed. The pool was wonderful-- water was warm, lots of pool toys for the kids to play with. The kitchen was well stocked and supplied. The game room was great-- air hockey, billiards, foosball etc. We used it every evening. The beds were very comfortable. Without a doubt, this will be our first choice of a place to stay when we return to Tempe!

Summary: Such a great place! The house itself was fantastic with lots of things for the kids to keep them entertained. The pool was wonderful and loved that it was heated at no extra charge. Lots of lovely little touches like a basket of snacks and travel toiletries. But best part was the communication. Stefan and Devin were so responsive and so helpful in making sure our stay was wonderful. Will definitely book again next time we come to town!
