Summary: We have stayed at this property before and returned because of our positive experience. While the interior remains lovely, clean, and well-stocked, we were a tiny bit disappointed by the condition of the exterior, including the pool and patio furniture. However, Coast to Cactus, one of our favorite hosts, was incredibly responsive, quickly addressing our concerns by sending a maintenance team, ordering a new coffee maker, and arranging for new lounge chairs. Despite the initial issues, the host’s prompt actions were greatly appreciated, and I hope future guests enjoy the improvements. We will stay with this host again.

Summary: We stayed here for a week with my son while he was in between leases. House was clean, cozy, and fun, exactly as described. The communication was easy (via text) and quick to answer any questions we had. King bed in primary bedroom was a comfy memory foam. Very easy access to Tempe and ASU. Neighborhood was quiet and easy to navigate. Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Our first day in the property appeared to be great. The second day we did not have hot water and Arizona was cold. We attended a funeral on Thursday but could not shower when we returned because there was not hot water for the remainder of our stay. I opened the closet door in the primary bedroom and discovered towels on the floor left there by the previous occupants. Also when anyone took a shower in the main bathroom, water would run in the hall. I left drawers open in the kitchen above the sink because it was very dirty.
