Summary: The Moxy is getting very run down. It’s evident they are not keeping up on maintenance at all. Toilet paper holder broken, shower handle broke off when turning on-among many other broken or just run down issues. The air conditioner was very squeaky and also turned on and off all night very loud despite running the “constant fan”. I literally got no sleep here. Also, traffic from rural road is very loud all night. And hallways dirty with dead cockroaches. The only positive was that staff were very nice and competent.

Summary: Overall a very nice property with fun amenities like billiards and foosball in the lobby with comfy seating to hang out and relax. Beds were comfortable. I appreciated the doggie welcome box with a toy and water bowl, and the turf area outside for my dog to use for potty time. The pool area looked nice although I did not use it. Kind of bummed there was no fridge or any sort of kitchenette area in the room. The cleanliness aspect was lacking - dust and hair behind the bedside table that was very visible, hair in the sink and the shower, and some sort of spill/splash on the wall near the bed that wasn’t cleaned up. We only stayed here one night in a pinch when our AC went out, and it was great for that purpose.
