Positive: Denburn was a really superb place to stay. The host was attentive and helpful. There were some thoughtful welcome gifts when we arrived. The house was spotless, comfortable and very chic. Lots of super details which made us feel relaxed and all modern amenities (great towels and lovely shower products). The quiet back garden gave us a lovely quiet place to sit out and enjoy a drink in the sun and the location was good for visiting Fife. Fantastic value for money.

Negative: The traffic was perhaps a little bit loud on the main road (but not a problem), then again we live in the middle of nowhere so we aren't used to any noise ;) Sofa bed was a wee bit on the small size. Other than that, more than recommended.

Positive: Location excellent, not far from all the places we wanted to visit. Everything a short drive away. Lovely wee welcome hamper from Dianna. House lovely and clean, felt very at home there with the kids. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the east coast looking for accommodation that is cosy and clean.

Negative: Maybe a couple of blackout curtains for the bedrooms with the lighter nights other than that we honestly had the perfect stay. Thank you Dianna.

Summary: Perfect accommodation, perfect location, would highly recommend.

Positive: Denburn Cottage was immaculate, great central location, for getting around the Fife area. We would certainly book it again. Also, the welcome pack, and folder of instructions was a lovely touch.

Negative: No lock on the bathroom door, but this wouldn't put us off going back.

Positive: Everything! Good location (ideal for getting our son settled at St Andrew's), very spacious, comfortable, and well equipped (for instance, there was no shortage of towels) The welcome pack was a pleasant surprise. We would certainly stay here again.

Negative: There was nothing to dislike. If I was picky, I could say that the bed was slightly too soft for me, but this is purely personal preference, and I'm sure that others will find the bed perfect for them.

Summary: Superb - worth eleven out of ten

Positive: Lovely house, spotlessly clean and very nice decor. Comfy beds and had everything we needed. Great location to get to St Andrews, Cupar, Elie etc

Negative: There are no curtains in the bedrooms only blinds so it’s very light all night, not great if you’re a light sleeper or travelling with children.
