Summary: Yolanda at check in was very nice and lots of information. The beds were comfortable the sheets clean the blanket looked old and worn, top bed cover and pillows looked new.

Summary: It doesn't look like much from the outside but it's convenient to the park and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

Summary: They upgraded the room to their sister facility which is closer to the park. It was very quiet place. After Two nights staying in the noisy hotels , really got a good night sleep. The carpet was smelly though but overall we were happy with the hotel

Summary: Overall good value for money spent. The look of the Alaskan train makes it easy to identify the hotel. Grocery and gas station is nearby. The staff is friendly and are quick to fix any issue at the earliest. However recommend not to use the Denali mart near the hotel which charges double the cost even for a Starbucks coffee can.
