About this space
Our downstairs unit is perfect for two couples traveling together or a small family. You need a rental car in order to stay with us.
The space
Located on the Denali National Park boundary, this modern 2-bedroom / 2-bathroom unit is perfect for two couples traveling together or a small family.
You will be staying in the perfect location, a short 15-minute drive to Denali's only Entrance Rd. and less than one mile from The Parks Highway and the Town of Healy which has a full-service grocery/liquor store, bars and restaurants and all area activities.
Healy is where you want to be, away from the congestion of glitter gulch and all the cruise ship hotels.
We are situated on 5-acres with private trail access to Dry Creek Drainage which has amazing views of the Parks' Mountains and great hiking right out of your door. We are in a tiny subdivision and our backyard is millions of acres of wilderness. We see an abundance of wildlife in our neighborhood.
This unit gives you the feel of being secluded inside the National Park, yet you have all the creature comforts of modern living.
This newly remodeled unit check all the boxes.
We offer a well-stocked full kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer, High Speed WIFI, Big Screen Smart TV w/Direct TV, ATT 4G and a private deck with a BBQ (propane provided).

You will be emailed the exact address and directions two weeks prior to your stay. You will be emailed your personal key code for entry 2 days prior to your stay.
Self-check in any time after 4pm.
Our office hours are 10am-10pm Alaska Time. If there is an emergency after hours call our phone and press #1.

You must have a rental car to stay at our property. There is plenty of parking and we are very easy to locate.
Our property is 4.5 hours north of Anchorage and 2 hours South of Fairbanks. There is only one highway between Anchorage and Fairbanks which makes navigation very easy. Follow the mile markers.
We recommend you book your park bus tour prior to arrival.
We recommend taking the Park Bus all the way to East Fork. There is only one road, so the least expensive bus takes the same exact route as the most expensive bus. You can book all other activities upon arrival depending on weather and your groups desires. All activity brochures are located in the entry way to the house, and most are nearby and/or can arrange pick up at the house.
You can drink our water.
We recycle.
We provide all linens, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, trash bags, paper towels and toilet paper.
The Coffee Maker does not need filters and we provide drip coffee and powdered creamer and sugar.
From time-to-time people leave condiments and other non-perishable foods but please do not expect anything in the way of food items to be provided. Please bring everything you will need.
We provide propane for the BBQ.
For larger groups there are 2 other private units located on this property (a 2-bedroom and a 3-Bedroom house).

Summary: We recently stayed two nights at their Denali property and it was wonderful. They have an excellent home on a beautiful piece of property. It also backs up to a hiking trail to a river bed. I would highly recommend this home.

Summary: We stayed here while visiting Denali National Park. The location is convenient and the small town of Healy had everything we needed for groceries and restaurants.. This property has a super patio right off of the kitchen - living area. This 2 bedroom cottage with each having its own bathroom was perfect for our group.

Summary: We loved our rental in Healy! It was clean and spacious. Blackput bedroom shades and comfy kingsize beds made for a great nights rest! Only 20 minutes from Denali and closer to good restaurants. We will come again if we make it back to the area!

Summary: We loved this stay. It was perfect for us. Me and my husband are traveling with my dad and stepmom and there was plenty of space. I loved it's location. The owner provided great directions but we were able to find the place just fine using Waze. It has a great little trail leading to quite a beautiful scenery. Inside everything was immaculate and nicely stocked with a few amenities. Given the opportunity we would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Summary: David was so understanding and helpful throughout. Place was clean and warm at night. Very close to the Three Bears grocery store and Shell gas station. 20 mins drive to the Denali visitor center. Would definitely stay here again.
