The hotel sits right on the waterfront, just steps from Charlottetown’s historic streets, shops, and restaurants. The room was spacious and well‑equipped, with a nice water view. The staff were consistently warm, professional, and eager to help, making check‑in and daily interactions a pleasure. The indoor pool, the fitness centre, the on‑site restaurant added convenience, and the overall atmosphere felt both friendly and welcoming.

Negative: While the experience was mainly positive, there are a few areas that could be improved. Guest rooms do not have in‑room safes, and although the hotel apparently offers a secure storage room, the process for using it wasn’t clearly explained. Positive: Breakfast was expensive. Good location - close to shops and restaurants. Our room was facing the water… nice view! The room we booked was not available when we arrived so they gave us an upgrade and a discount on the room. Front desk and cleaning staff were friendly and kind.Thank you very much.

Negative: The decor in our room was a bit older, but it was comfortable.
