My 1700 sq ft ranch style pool home features: 4-bedrooms/3 Full Bathrooms with a large16ft by 32 ft covered area. That includes an outdoor seating area for 6-8. Also there is a table and chairs that seats 6 for outdoor dining. Located in a Quiet Safe Family Neighborhood. Located just off of Atlantic Avenue and Military Trail. Only 4 miles to the beach.
Safety: The location is very safe and quiet, and the house itself is
very private. We take pride in ensuring a comfortable and clean environment during your stay. This is a non-smoking rental.
This family friendly house has been totally renovated and boasts durable furniture, linens and stainless steel appliances. Large back yard with 16 'X 32' pool and covered patio. Internet and cable are provided.

Summary: We stayed for 6 weeks. The house was very well equipped, the backyard was fabulous. The neighborhood was quiet and very walkable. The heated pool was wonderful and we spent a lot of time in it. We are very glad we were there!

Summary: We had a great 17 day stay at this house. 4 adults and 2 kids. Plenty of space inside and outside. Great furnishings and amazing outdoor space with heating pool. Good location in Delray in a very quiet neighbor. Outdoor space is fantastic - heated pool, table for outdoor dining, and TV in a huge private yard. Communication with owner was A+. Zero complains or issues! Highly recommend :)

Summary: The house was nice in size and features but there were ants everywhere. The housekeeper wasn’t very good. The pool was nice and cleaned. The owner was nice about everything that happen

Summary: Beautiful, spacious house with big bedrooms and perfect-sized swimming pool. Centrally located, close to everything. Actually did all the things we planned to do on this trip. First time that ever happened while traveling with my pack of 7 people. Everything you need is already in the house and owner Chris, is quick on the phone to answer any questions you might have. Five star stay, depressed that it is over. Oh, well, there's always next year !

Summary: We were very excited to get to the house for our Florida Christmas. We were not disappointed. The property is incredible! Close to the beach, shopping, golf, fishing... The amenities were great! Bedrooms were spacious and clean. The living room has a enormous couch that was incredibly comfortable and suited our needs perfectly. The pool was the most popular spot for our family. The kids were in there for hours and the outdoor television was also a great way to relax outside. The fire pit was perfect for cool evenings and making s’mores and having a drink outside. The owner was attentive and prompt when we had questions. The home was clean, and inviting. Definitely recommend booking this property.

Summary: This is not an owner that is an investor of short term rentals. This is a part time home that is lived in by the owner. Exactly what VRBO and other companies were built for. If your looking for a hotel with every detail being perfect, go rent that place. If you want a spacious, comfortable home with a huge backyard and pool. This is your place! The couch is cozy to curl up and watch a movie. Breakfast on the patio while watching TV! Maybe comfortable beds are important instead of cheap mattresses purchased to save money is important to you? I stayed at this house for 1 month and appreciated having a place that felt like home. Thanks for having me Chis!

Summary: My family and I just returned from this trip and it was absolutely perfect for our family. The house was easy to locate in a nice quiet neighborhood and the home was very clean upon arrival. We had difficulty at first figuring out the lock on the front door but Chris immediately answered my call and walked me through the process. He also made sure I tried it again while still on the phone to ensure I didn't have any further trouble. There was plenty of room for our family of 7 to spread out and relax. There were smart TV's in every room including outside on the deck which was perfect when enjoying time out at the pool. The pool was perfect size, warm, and clean. The kids enjoyed swimming while I enjoyed my morning coffee outside. The yard was very spacious, the grill was clean and there was an extra propane tank available if needed. The fire pit was another great addition, we spent a few nights relaxing by the fire. There were plenty of towels available, bed linens, washer and dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker and griddle. I have zero complaints and would absolutely rent this home again. Thank you Chris for allowing our family to enjoy your beautiful home.

Summary: We had a great stay at Chris’ home. The house was super nice, and the area out back by the pool was perfect for visiting. The neighborhood is quiet and shopping is very close by. All of the beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking in. Chris was excellent with contact, and we had no problems with anything. It’s an easy drive over to Atlantic Dunes Park where there is inexpensive parking for the beach. We enjoyed a great visit with our daughter. Thanks Chris!!
