Positive: There was so much space for 7 guests, little touches such as the welcome basket of bread, milk, juice, eggs, chocolate and prosecco. The Location was very quiet on a working farm which was lovely and close to a pub within walking distance. The beds were all very comfortable and the living room very cozy with wonderful Christmas decorations. The kitchen is very large with a cold room attached with everything you could possibly need. There is also a conventional oven and aga and extensive cookware and glasses. Marie and Larry are very friendly and made sure that everything was perfect from booking to during our stay. Thank you to you both and we will definitely be booking again in the future, we cant wait!
Negative: There were no negative points to our stay.
Summary: Our stay over Christmas was fantastic, we had everything we needed and more exceeding expectations.

Positive: We stayed here to visit Alton Towers which isn’t far. The owners are lovely, Marie left us eggs and milk and we felt very welcome, it’s a lovely farmhouse and very spacious plenty of room for big families. We all loved the Pantry in the kitchen. Very clean and cosy too

Positive: A really lovely property with really spacious rooms. The bathrooms were very modern, great showers! The kitchen had everything you could need which was great! Particularly loved the massive table so we could all sit together and the pantry!
Negative: Not a negative but something to be aware of... there are lots of little steps as you go around the property which wouldn't be ideal for anyone unsteady on their feet. Some of the doorways are quite low so us tall girls banged our heads multiple times!

Positive: immaculately clean house with luxury touches, including fresh, crisp, clean bedsheets and soft, fluffy bath towels. Well stocked kitchen with a plethora of crockery, serving dishing, pots, pans and all utensils necessary for food prep and entertaining. Owners very lovely, responsive and went above and beyond to make our stay special.
