This 3 bedroom 2 bath home comes fully furnished to provide you with a comfortable stay. In an incredible location, just 10 miles to the "scenic route" South East entrance of Death Valley National Park.
The space is thoughtfully curated to be your perfect Hot Springs getaway. Enter at your convenience with a keypad door lock. There are smart devices in the house including google mini to answer any of your questions and nest thermostat to keep the weather inside perfect.

Our cozy living room is equipped with a leather sectional couch. Easily login to your streaming accounts on the tv. Board games, playing cards, pens and paper are also provided.
✦ KITCHEN
Our kitchen comes equipped with everyday essentials needed to either cook yourself a gourmet meal or disperse your takeout. The stovetop oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, french press and coffee machine are all new and ready for your use. Enjoy coffee, tea, honey, sugar and creamer (dairy-free) complimentary during your stay.

Between the hot springs water and the luxury king and queen beds you will enjoy the best nights' sleep of your life! Fitted with premium white bedding and new pillows, we promise it'll be a hit. There is a large walk-in closet in every bedroom for you to unpack and enjoy the space to its fullest. In the closet you'll find pool towels, hangers, laundry basket and blankets.

Bathroom's features all new fixtures (including a detachable shower head) to bathe in luxury during your stay. We supply guests with shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
✦ DEATH VALLEY HOT SPRINGS
The hot springs are heated by geothermal heat—heat from the earth's interior. In volcanic areas, water may come into contact with very hot rock heated by magma. As it is pushed through mineral deposits, some of those minerals are dissolved into the water and when it finally makes its way to the surface, it escapes as steam and mineral-rich (and sometimes very) hot water.
Tecopa’s hot spring water is silky smooth with no odor. At the ground source, the temperature is roughly 118 degrees Fahrenheit, depending on the time of year. The temperature of the water is regulated by adjusting the flow of water into the pools. Pools are regulated to temperatures between 102 - 104 degrees F.

Summary: Everything about the stay was 100% perfect, aside from the fact that children under age 12 were not allowed in the pool or hot tubs. This was a sad reality that we had heard about before we arrived, and which was confirmed to be a rigid policy after we arrived. This was naturally very frustrating for my almost-5 year old grandson, and for my 5 year old great-niece, seeing the rest of the entire family using the crystal clean pool and hot spring tubs every day. But it was not the policy nor fault of the host, who was extremely friendly and helpful throughout! Overall, just a truly wonderful, comfortable property that I would highly recommend! (and come back again, especially of the pool policy changes)

Summary: We have been coming to Tecopa yearly since 2009, and this was by far THE best rental we have stayed in. The space is immaculate, modern, spacious, and has everything you’ll need, including Wi-Fi to make your stay relaxing and comfortable. It’s located only 90 minutes from Vegas with complete access to mineral hot spring baths, hot tubs, and pool a short walk from your steps. We loved this place and will definitely be back again next year.

Summary: We didn't realize the property was a trailer so we thought maybe we pulled up to the wrong place, but we were pleased with property. It is unique with an opportunity for a spa day and a soak in a mineral spring, the pool was nice. The pool is big and has hot tubs attached. Tecopa is in the middle of nowhere, you'll need to drive at least 40 minutes for food, so stop on the way for food. You also can't drink the water from the tap, so again you'll need to go to the store. We wish we knew this in advance to be better prepared. The shower head leaks in the master bedroom so you'll need to keep the door closed when sleeping or it'll wake you up from the noise. It's updated most of the way and looks close to the pictures online. It was clean, there were enough towels for 6 people, and the owner did provide a jug of water for use during our stay. Overall we were satisfied with our stay.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here during our 5 day trip to Death Valley. The property was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything that we needed for cooking our meals. Access to the hot springs was a huge bonus- which we took advantage of daily! We would definitely stay here again!

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay! The host has thought of everything! She even accommodated an extra sleeping setup for our party! Very nice of her to do that for us! The house is spacious, clean and well stocked with supplies. House is on the hot springs property and is a very short walk to all the pools. Great way to relax in the warm springs pool after a big day hiking in Death Valley NP. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!
