Positive: The breakfast was excellent, with bread and condiments, ham and cheese, and yoghurt and granola. The room was very clean. It is a converted residential space so it is not cramped like tiny hotel rooms you might find elsewhere.

Positive: Very good location along the water. Nice view of traditional ships further down the road. Many people pass by our window to walk their dogs but this did not bother us. They don't glare and it was quiet inside the studio. Safe parking space provided by the property. Our host was even kind enough to let us leave our car in their parking space until the end of the day. Otherwise, there are also many free parking opportunities at the IKEA/shopping area just a few streets away. Here, you will also find some fastfood chains. Clean. The place looked, smelled and felt clean. Breakfast. It was so quietly placed in the our private anteroom that we were pleasantly surprised to find it there ready at the agreed upon time. There were coffee and tea facilities and a small refrigerator. If there was anything we missed, it was a microwave. Very friendly and hospitable host. We appreciate the personal communication.

Negative: The wifi connection was not working properly. Very, very weak signal which also kept disconnecting. I had an online meeting and had to use my own mobile connection.
