Positive: Front desk staff, breakfast was good

Negative: One major thing was that underneath on the side of the bed, there were boards sticking out several inches, I am guessing to try and keep the bed from bowing inward or for strengthening the bed frame, it was quiet unpleasant, especially when getting up in the night to use the restroom, I had knee replacement surgery recently, so when I got out of bed I would hit my calf on the boards and it caused pain, also my wife and I didn't sleep well because the bed was very uncomfortable. Now I was a facilities maintenance tech for 20 years so I get sometimes things need repairing, but I would never have let boards hang out, there is a thing called a saw that can cut them back! Another thing was the bathroom door needed adjustment or repacement because of warping in the frame I am guessing, you had to pull really hard to get it to shut. Now we stayed at this same location back in January and the room which was on the same side and level was so much better, that's why we chose to stay again, but we will not choose to again. The only thing that made the stay pleasant was the front desk person, who was nice, polite and proffesional.

Positive: Breakfast was ok. Location was great for visiting our child. We appreciated being able to bring our dog.

Negative: Room was marginally clean. I dropped an item under the bedside table. I was pretty disappointed at the amount of grunge I picked up off the floor along with my item. It was very dusty behind the bed and bedside table. Bathroom and vanity were ok.

Summary: It was an okay stay.

Positive: Excellent reciption, checked in with ease. Great location in center of Logan.

Negative: The rooms need a major renovation. The hotel began to show its age. The room was not that clean (for its price it was good).
