Positive: The room was clean and tidy. Very nice neighborhood. Convenient location .Lots of places to dine and shop.

Negative: They weren't cleaning the rooms everyday. I had to go to the front desk and tell them to clean the trash. The front desk staff was not Friendly. Didn't even mention any amenities at the hotel.

Summary: Clean place but not a very good customer service.

Positive: The room was nice compared to the two others our family had. The bed was also very comfortable

Negative: It was very hot and muggy in the pool and hallway area

Negative: The pillows were very thin and uncomfortable. The shower overflowed into the bathroom causing use to use our towels to clean it up. There was vacuuming done at 10pm in the hallway.
