Summary: Upon arrival at first everything was great. As we unpacked we noticed small things, like a used towel under the couch in the living room and no waterproof shower curtain for inside the shower. Almost every piece of dishware we pulled out to use had to be rewashed because of dried food stuck on them. Our biggest concern was the hornets nest on the porch, but we went and got spray and sprayed it ourselves and it was okay the rest of the trip. The house stayed nice and cool and the location is SUPURB. They let us check in a little early, which was nice since we traveled so far and were an hour early. I had to ask for the rules and info on the house myself, it was not provided until after I asked (the morning we were supposed to be there). We were never informed of extra fee amounts, just that some could occur. The biggest problems we had came after we left. We followed the check-out rules in the binder in the house & cleaned up after ourselves. I even let her know I added batteries to all her inside decorative candles. But afterwards we were sent an invoice with extra cleaning fees for breaking rules that we were not informed of - some of the reasons given never even occurred. A VRBO employee told me that the host starting all kinds of accusations after I complained about the fee, even saying items were missing. I am not sure if we got confused with somebody else but it was upsetting after we tried to put love back into their home that we be treated like that.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay in this clean, comfortable and well furnished home. The location is peaceful with minimal traffic. Brief drives will take you into Warren and surrounding areas. Our host was helpful and kind. Definitely recommend this property.

Summary: The house was clean, comfortable, warm, and perfect for our family of 6. We were in the area on a business trip and the house was great. Kids could do school work comfortably while husband went to work. We did some sightseeing (Drake’s Well) and some adventures in town (recommended Big Joes in North Warren). Enjoyed the board games in the evenings. Overall, a cozy house!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay here! Being right across the river was beautiful. We loved the fire pit in the back yard! We brought our own firewood and used it every night. We had to stratigically cooordinate our showers in the mornings with 6 people.The only concern is that we could not find a fire detector or CO2 detector anywhere in the house.

Summary: The House was very clean and good. The Hosts were very attentive. My only concern was in the photos to renting this house showed a dock?? Made it look like you could dock your boat there and looked like it was right off the house. Photo decieving This is a public Dock with no Slots. Fishing was horrible as well. River very rough. The house is across the street from the river . Will not go back to this Place.
