Summary: Check in was slow but not bad. Room was large and we felt bed was comfortable. Breakfast was nothing to speak about no fruit or juices or bacon or sausage. We had a self cooked waffle and milk for breakfast. Checked in for two days yet key was only keyed for 1 day instead on two days. Not that big of deal except no clerk at desk for over 10 minutes. It was a convenient location for getting to Wyoming Downs and places to eat.

Summary: This was fine for the $100 we paid. The bed was comfortable but a broken a/c unit on the wall was ancient. It worked but the front was busted and you couldn’t set it. It was on or off almost full blast the whole time. Walls and doors are paper thin. The group that was excited to get a 5:00 am jump on their day was talking about right outside my door for too long and it was loud. It’s outdated and a bit dingy. But like I said it was $100 vs over $200 in the area. Was fine for what I paid.

Summary: Over all the hotel was nice, my only criticism is that tgey need to upgrade their heating/ac unit. Still using the old school system that has no thermometer controls

Summary: I read the reviews and I was on a budget. Clean. That's pretty much what I look for. Check- in waals easy, no pleasantries from the guy at the desk (I'm guessing this is owned by an Indian family because they all worked there. Not very friendly, just did their job. The 3rd floor smelled like curry. Not one thing has ever been updated in this hotel, ever. It's very worn. Was our room clean?Yes, and the bed was decently comfortable, and that's the only reason I made it through the night. The fans are so old that the plates that covered the dials fell off and they took a piece of paper and hand wrote the temperatures as to which way to turn the dials, but I didn't care as long as it worked, which it did, at 1st. When the ac stopped working, I called the gentleman at the desk, who paused for about ten seconds, and I was about to say hello, when he said, "did you unplug it and plug it back in?" Yes, in that voice you just heard in your head. Which I did, and it surprisingly worked again.But then it failed throughout the night.Thank god the fan was blowing cool air. Did this place work for the night, yes. Would i stay here again? No. If I ever have to stay in evanston again, which I pass through a few times a year on my way to south dakota, or california, I will splurge and get a nicer hotel.

Summary: Decent room. No frills but clean and comfortable. Got the hot tub room. It was nice especially for the price. Pool was clean and the grandids enjoyed it. Close to everywhere we needed to go. Front desk and maids were friendly.

Summary: This room was small, you heard everything it was very hard to sleep. The door didnt even close right you could see through the crack right into the hall. Bathroom light was burning out, called to have someone come change it no one came. You would have had to shower in the dark and use the bathroom with the door open. Would have been better off to keep driving cause cause we sure didn't get any sleep staying there. Absolutely no privacy
