Positive: Very spacious and clean. Everything there that you would want. The bathrooms were newly done and very nice.

Negative: Had trouble getting stations on the TV and the WiFi was very hit and miss. Most days we had no internet at all

Positive: The house is located in a quiet area, a short walk from the sea. There is a handy corner shop nearby. All the facilities in the house were excellent and it was spotlessly clean. The communications with the owner/agent were quick, friendly & helpful.

Negative: The only suggestion we had was a really big saucepan for cooking pasta would be useful for large family such as ours. The Owner immediately said they would provide one when we suggested this.

Summary: We would definitely recommend this house and location for a quiet seaside holiday.

Positive: Very comfortable and well equipped house. Great location, totland and Colwell bay in walking distance, needles/alum bay and freshwater close by car. Staff were very responsive and helpful.

Positive: Daughter in law loved the kitchen. A very spacious property the ground floor bedroom was lovely as my husband and I struggle with stairs,

Negative: I found the settees were very low and hard to get out of when you are a bit older like me. It would have been appreciated if our host could have emailed about the bridge at Yarmouth being closed.
