Positive: We absolutely loved this property and our host JP. Spotlessly clean. Really comfortable, large bed. Fantastic bathroom with great shower. Great facilities in the room with fresh milk available every day. Wonderful breakfast with lots of choice. We would definitely stay here again.
Negative: We liked everything about this property.
Summary: First time in the Isle of Wight and we made a great choice of property to stay in.

Positive: Beautiful home and a lovely room! Really good location with convenient bus routes, we didn’t drive but parking is available if needed :) Room and bathroom were immaculately clean and beds were so comfy! We came during a heat wave and very thankful for the fan in the room, Jean-Paul and Sarah are lovely hosts and take so much care with their home and creating a memorable stay for their guests :) we’d love to come back next time we are in Isle of Wight

Positive: The hosts were very welcoming and were available for anything needed. Both the room and bathroom were spacious and nicely decorated. Everything needed was provided. The breakfast selection and quality was very good. The stay was very good value for money. I would definitely recommend Bay House for a visit to the Isle of Wight.
Negative: I couldn't fault anything.
