Positive: We enjoyed everything. Many thanks to the staff; they assisted us with all our questions and even took our belongings to the laundry. The breakfast was delicious, almost like homemade. The terrace deserves a special mention, as it offered a stunning view of both the old and new parts of the city.

Negative: There were some downsides, like a distinctive smell, but that's to be expected in an 18th-century house.

Positive: Great location within the Medina. Large room. Working air conditioning. Decent breakfast. Appreciated being able to leave our bags after checkout. Good value for money hence the higher rating.

Negative: Drains had a strong smell. Older furniture with broken bed.

Positive: Rigt next to medina. It was quiet at night.

Negative: Not a warm welcome. Plastic strap in my pancake. Somebody made the review for me with a 10, no explanation, no subject? Was not me ?! The bathroom is outdated as well as the terrasse. Hard bed but that seems to be standard here in Marocaine.

Positive: My first experience in Fez was made memorable by this exceptional riad. Its architectural beauty and refined décor reflect exceptional attention to detail. The simple elegance of the establishment is truly charming. The terrace offers a magnificent view of the city. The rooms were extremely comfortable and the Wi-Fi was fast. Maryam, the riad manager, was friendly, courteous and professional, which contributed to making my stay very enjoyable. I highly recommend this riad to anyone looking for an authentic and luxurious experience in Fez.

Positive: The host was super friendly and accomodating. He had fantastic communication skills and made sure that we found the place easy, talking to us on What’sApp and picking us up so that we didn’t get lost. He was happy to give recommendations of things to do and accommodated our requests. No requests was too much and he made sure to check that our stay was comfortable! We enjoyed a lovely dinner with him on our last night.

Positive: The hospitality by Mariam and her staff was really great. The AC in our room didn’t work at all, so we requested for it to be changed and it was done asap. Really felt like at home. Location was bang in the centre.

Negative: Beds and pillows could’ve been comfier. We weren’t told all essential info at check in and I think the property could really benefit from having an information sheet for tourists with all essential information in different languages including English as communication is a barrier.
