Positive: The location is amazing.

Negative: It’s not a hotel. There is no reception and in the weekend not even the bar downstairs was open, so there is no one to help you. Also no breakfast and no parking.

Positive: Lovely apartments in a great location right in the centre of the old town, minute walk to the port and to Dalt Vila. Surrounded by bars, shops & restaurants and great to people watch from the quaint balconies! Despite its location we had great sleeps as once you close the shutters & windows you don’t hear a thing, plus the beds are super comfy. Quaint traditional Spanish apartments so if it’s five star super luxury you’re after this isn’t for you, but if you want genuine clean, well provisioned accommodation right in the heart of the place to be, ran by a super friendly team, then this is the place for you! Thanks to the manager Juan who allowed an early check in for us, appreciated! We will be back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Positive: Fantastic location, we travel to ibiza roughly 3 times a year and this was the perfect spot for a short stay, friendly staff who let us keep our baggage once we had checked out due to the fact that we flew later on in the day.

Negative: Kitchenette was a little small!

Positive: Check-in was remote and with a lock-box. No issues in getting into the apartment without anyone present. The room itself was quaint and fine. All was very clean. The apartment had a kitchenette which was great. There was a rather cute small balcony we sat at with a table and chairs. It was a squeeze but great as it overlooked the street. Shower and toilet were fine.

Negative: The steep, steep stairs upon opening the front door!! Awkward with large suitcases so please be careful!

Positive: The apartment was smack dab in the middle of old town...fantastic location. The room has great water pressure and the terrace was also great. Beds were quite comfortable and the bonus of having an apartment fridge was nice. Overall, the place was great, we just didn't like the setup of the kitchenette.

Negative: There were a couple of things about room 102 where we stayed. The "kitchenette" was literally a built in two burner stove with extremely little room to work. There was a pot to boil water in and a skillet, but there was nothing left over to use. If you wanted to cook, you had to buy every single item you need including salt/pepper/spices, oil for cooking, etc. There are pots to cook coffee, but no starter coffee pods for at least morning one, no sugar. We did find milk in our fridge that had floating mold on it (but my guess is that was a mistake from a hurried cleaner). The "balcony" was useless as there was two chairs and a table...the table being in the way and you could not even sit on the chairs. If you pick up the table and hang it over the edge, then pick up a chair and do the same, the second person can open/close the storm door. The balcony was approx. 18" wide so there was no moving around. Over half of the louvers on the storm doors were broken but you could still get some airflow with that one and the window by the bed open.
