Positive: The host left Teas/coffee/sugar and milk for us to enjoy which was thoughtful. Plus a welcome bottle of Prosecco and fancy biscuits. The living rooms are specious, and comfortable. The bedrooms have high quality bedding and the Bathrooms had great showers and super soft towels. The host even left torches to help us if we wanted to go walking outside in the evening.

Negative: We could not think of anything which could have been improved on

Summary: The property is furnished and decorated to an extreemly hign level, welcoming and very comfortable.

Positive: This is a beautifully presented house. We were a family of 5 over 3 generations and found the property spacious, exceptionally clean and very well equipped. There was a welcoming card from Sara and a bottle of Prosecco and some chocolates even though we were staying for one night to enjoy a Fawlty Towers experience on the Embasy & Bolton Abbey Railway and a number of other things in the beautiful area. Thoroughly recommend.

Negative: Couldn't fault it.

Positive: It was lovely and unexpected to receive a personalised welcome card and gifts; it made us feel very welcome. It was really helpful to have the option of stair gates and also the night lights on the stairs. This is probably the most family friendly place we have stayed and as a result all of our children are eager to visit again.
