Positive: Large house with high ceilings and natural light. Newly renovated, so everything was very clean and fresh especially the bathrooms. Beds were very comfy and we could easily fit two families in the house. Very close to town and local shops which was great to visit the Bendigo Easter Festival. Host was lovely and very easy to correspond with. It was a lovely stay, thank you!!

Negative: Outdoor Bbq facilities could be upgraded.

Summary: Excellent host and wonderful stay in Bendigo!

Negative: On main road. Front 2 bedrooms very loud traffic noise until 1am in the morning. Tv channels were not working properly. Could get reception on main channels

Positive: Ducted heating worked well Comfortable couches and more than enough soap, dish washer tablets, toilet paper etc. Kitchen well stocked with additional cutlery and crockery

Negative: Traffic noise (but we realise this is not the fault of the host) Ants and a cockroach found in the kitchen Main bathroom very cold when showering. A heating duct in there would make showering a lot more comfortable. No sharp cutting knifes for cutting bread and vegetables

Positive: Daisy Cottage was a lovely property. The host very kindly turned the heating on before our arrival which was a very nice touch. The house was spacious and comfortable for 5 adults and 3 young children. The back yard was great for kids to run around, and could be fully secured with side and front gates that closed, making it safe for children. Also had a nice seating area outside. All beds had electric blankets which was appreciated during this cold winter. There were also extra blankets for all beds. The kitchen had everything we needed, including plastic plates and cups for kids. The house was lovely and clean. The host had good communication and responded to queries in a timely fashion. I would be happy to recommend Daisy Cottage to friends, and would definitely stay again.

Negative: We had some trouble connecting to wifi, which was not a big deal. Although the central location was great, it did mean there was some traffic noise at night, but nothing that couldn't be solved with ear plugs.

Positive: Stylish decor, comfortable furnishings, well equipped with everything you could need for a small family or two! Each bedroom had its own chic little touches, but the theme flowed nicely throughout the house. The kitchen had modern appliances, allowing us to cook with ease during our stay. Massive showers and a beauty of a tub were a bonus! The shaded backyard was a decent size for the kids to run around and a lovely deck that catches the sun, perfect for a morning coffee. Can't wait to come back again.

Negative: Central location means a bit of traffic/noise but to be expected on the main street.

Positive: Was spacious and clean, well set up and layout flowed. All rooms were set up and comfortable. Everything was easy to use and find and great location being close to supermarket and restaurants. Hosts were easy to communicate with and gave clear instructions that made accessing the property a breeze.

Negative: The internet was unreliable at times and kept dropping out & tv connection was glitchy.

Summary: Exceptional cottage & highly recommend. Look forward to possible future stays.
