Positive: The location is near to Glico Osaka, Don Quijote and all the shops just a walking distance , below is fronting the 7 eleven. I like that it has three rooms and a lot of beds in each rooms. The beddings are all comfortable and warm. All the sink has hot & cold. There are two (2) toilet separated to another two shower. and the provided shampoo, conditioner and bath liquid soap are all very good. there is a common area to cook and all is provided in the kitchen. there is a nice cleaner everyday to get trash, give water if consumed, and change used towels.

Negative: The pillow is old and not ok. The heater is only in some area.. it cannot totally heat the whole area if needed. which is very important socially we get there on a winter month. it is really cold. The window curtains/ blinds are all very old and won't even be lifted to open. Not clean in terms of the under the beds, the balcony and the the under of sofa and chairs. need a real cleaning.

Summary: Worth the price, location superb!!! for big groups!

Positive: Great location, near the station and Dotonbori. On the small side but very clean. Excellent showers with nice hot water. Laundromat downstairs and coin lockers.
