Positive: The location was amazing, next to some cool bars too! I loved the design and the fact that it has 2 bathrooms. Fresh towels whenever you need them and they also left a gift for us 😍 thank you!

Negative: The top beds were not so comfortable. The bottom beds were really good! * We stayed in a room with 4 beds

Positive: We stayed here as a group of 5 and it was hands down the best hotel of our entire trip! The room was incredibly spacious—perfect for a group our size—and everything was thoughtfully arranged for comfort and convenience. The location was super convenient, close to transport, shops, and restaurants, which made getting around Osaka a breeze. Amenities were plentiful and well-maintained, and the bathroom was impressively clean and spacious too—something we really appreciated after long days out. The staff went above and beyond for us—super accommodating, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The check-in process was also smooth and hassle-free. We genuinely couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. If we’re ever back in Osaka, we’ll absolutely be staying here again!

Positive: The three-bedroom apartment exceeded my expectations. I read reviews complaining of loud outside noise. I stayed on the first floor, and the bedrooms were facing the back. The apartment was clean, spacious, and very quiet. I meet the staff on arrival, and she was very friendly, professional and warm. The apartment has everything you need along with a Dyson vacuum, with I appreciate. The place is clean and very modern. I love the location and plan to come back next year.
