Positive: The hotel apartment is located in a quiet area of Dotonbori, Osaka and is walking distance to Osaka-Namba station, street markets, restaurants, shopping, and so much more. Also, there is a 7-11 nearby where you can obtain currency and pay for goods with cash, credit card or a Suica card. In order to gain access to the property, there is an intercom/ipad at the entrance that allows guests to speak directly with a staff member or enter a code to gain entry into the lobby. Once in the lobby, guests can gain access to their room keys from either a staff member (before 4 p.m.) or from a locked box (after 4 p.m.). The lobby also has a coffee machine, snack bar, and toiletries-all free of charge. Our 3rd floor hotel apartment room (accessible by either stairs or an elevator) was beautiful, spacious, comfortable (especially the beds) and quiet. The room includes 2 full bathrooms, 1 small room for storage or exercise, 2 fully enclosed bedrooms with doors, 1 bedroom with 3 walls and a pull down shade on one side, a large sunken eating area, a kitchenette, and an entryway. The basement has a stackable washer/dryer and a combination washer/dryer machine. Both sets of machines are free of charge and preloaded with laundry soap. After we checked out on the last day of our stay, we were allowed to securely store our luggage in the basement until we were ready to go to the airport for our flight home.

Negative: There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

Positive: Everything! Centrally located. Beautifully decorated and immaculately clean rooms. Luggage Storage, complimentary washer/dryer, staff member to greet you and check-in. They were professional and prompt with communication.

Positive: We arrived in the evening and were still able to check in easily. Access to the property is managed through a tablet outside the entrance, which allows you to complete the check-in process. After that, a receptionist welcomed us and explained everything clearly. We were also told that even during the night, when there is no staff, we could use the tablet to ask for assistance if needed. The room was very beautiful, clean, and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Despite the very central location and the many people passing by in the area, the room was surprisingly quiet. The location is excellent, especially for visiting the lively area of Dotonbori, and it is also very convenient for reaching the center of Osaka and the main attractions. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend it.
