Positive: Georgia amazed us, and staying here made the experience even more special. It was a wonderful 7 days spent with our 5-year-old child. Upon arrival, the host welcomed us with coffee and delicious treats, creating a very warm and family,like atmosphere from the very beginning. Despite the language barrier, we were able to communicate easily using a translator, which made our conversations truly enjoyable. We loved spending time in the kitchen,it felt so cozy and homely. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious, very generous, and could easily compete with top restaurant quality. The rooms were clean, very nice, and well maintained. We also received help with organizing transportation to and from the airport, thanks to which we met the lovely Nino. If we ever return to Georgia, we will definitely stay here again. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Grandma Mannano ❤️

Positive: I loved the interior of the place. A 100 year old property with authentic design, tangerine, and lemon trees in the yard. The beds were comfy and clean. The host was very nice and helpful. It was great value for the price.

Negative: The only uncomfortable thing was a bit heavy smell of toilet in the entrance. It was probably a maintenance issue since it was very clean to be fair.

Positive: Everything! Super kind and helpful owner and her super nice dog! Staying there is like visiting your best family! Very good location - close to the Central Square and very calm surrounding. Close to bakery shops - you can go there and buy fresh bakery for your breakfast. Wonderful garden in front of the house - you can seat in a sunbed and contemplate beautiful plants! It's not about the house but good to know - Firosmani (yes, there is F :)) bistro - close to the theater building - they are serving great Georgian food for very reasonable prices.
