Negative: Bungalow is very basic and a bit too right already with 2 people and their backpacks...it gets really difficult to walk around. The bathroom absolutely needs a mosquito net at the window and sometimes it gets really smelly.

Positive: We stayed for 2 nights to explore the area for one and see a few waterfalls and this homestay is in the perfect location. The owners were super nice, the room was really good, better than we expected for the price, and the breakfast was very welcome, freshly made and delicious.

Positive: - staff were very friendly and approachable - delicious breakfast offered each day - hot water - clean + comfortable beds - free refillable drinking water - close to the waterfalls - ample toilet paper supplied
Negative: The only reason this isn’t 10 stars is because when I asked to extend my stay, the owner told me 150k when that is the rate for a private room and the dorm is 100k (which is where I was staying). Also, the lockers aren’t functional, regardless of whether or not you have your own padlock (they don’t close properly)
Summary: A great place to base yourself if you’re wanting to visit the local waterfalls

Positive: Location was good, 20 minutes walk to Tumpak Sewu waterfalls/3 minutes by scooter. Breakfast was nice, we had banana pancakes with honey, and coffee with milk (really rare to have milk in the coffee in Indonesia, so much appreciated!). We booked 2 beds in the dorm, but nobody else was there so we had the whole dorm for ourselves! A few restaurants/warungs nearby.
Negative: The toilet is really tiny, and no soap provided. Upon arrival, we were shown the room and left, without any info about breakfast, etc., and we had to ask for towels. But overall it was a quite nice place, and recommended if wanting to go to the waterfalls.
