4 Bedroom House in Homer

Relax with your entire family at our custom remodeled home on Lake Claiborne! Meticulously crafted by a custom home builder with all 4 seasons in mind. 2 master suites & 2 bunk rooms for a total of 18 beds (sleeps 24). Our lakeside home has all the amenities, including: private boat launch and fishing piers, private trail bridge, large fire pit, hot tub, picnic pavilion, ping pong table, kayaks, paddle boards and enjoy your favorite ballgames on the outdoor tv on our 80’ back porch!
On a cul-de-sac at the end of the road, Cypress Edge has a unique look. Cypress wood with `live edge` surrounds our spacious Lakehouse. Two master suites with private bathrooms that each boast a free standing tub as well as a walk in shower. Both master suites have doors to outside, with one having its own private porch. Two large bunk rooms that sleep 10 in each (2 doubles & 6 twins in each bunk room). Room for multiple families to join together for the perfect lake vacation! UPDATE: We have broken ground on our second rental, Cypress Bungalow, just next to Cypress Edge that will sleep 10-12. Rent them both or separate, depending on your family or group size. The Bungalow also has a fully covered RV pad with all hookups. No RV? Then park 3-4 vehicles in the 50’ by 16’ covered area. Can you say we have OPTIONS?! YES! Look for the new photos in the space labeled `Exterior 2` to see the proximity of the Bungalow to Cypress Edge. They are separated by the rock driveway down to the private boat launch (to be shared by both houses) on the water.
Guest have access to the main house and the grounds in front of it leading to the lake, as well as the wooded peninsula that our bridge leads to. Map of the property will be provided at the home for reference. The only areas not accessible are the two storage buildings, boat house, and the neighboring Cypress Bungalow of ours that rents separately from the house.

Be sure and take the challenge of kayaking or paddle boarding! These are located on the east side of the boat house. A few other fun or useful perks include a family scavenger hunt with clues around the property, additional ice maker, board games, espresso machine, keurig cup/pot, pot filler over range, shuffleboard, rope swing, hiking, dog pens, wine/beverage refrigerator, 4 FULL bathrooms, beach towels, binoculars, ping pong table, receptacle for chargers on outdoor patio coffee table, picnic pavilion, fire pit, exterior fireplace, private boat dock, wood stairs into the lake, over the water hammock, TONS OF PARKING, and coming April 1, 2025.... RV pad with Bungalow (sleeps 10-12) and late Fall 2025, a large modern style Treehouse (will sleep 16) on the peninsula across our bridge! Nature has found a love for this property, as well, so we enjoy watching the deer, turkeys, squirrels, turtles and even a family of eagles that live in the treetops on our land. Summary: We just returned from an unforgettable stay at Cypress Edge, and I can’t say enough good things about it. From the moment we arrived, it was clear how much thought and care the hosts put into every detail. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed (and more!) to relax and have fun. The laundry room was a much used bonus for our group of 24.The hot tub overlooking the lake was a highlight—perfect for soaking under the stars. We spent our days kayaking, swimming, and just enjoying the peaceful water. One of the most special moments of the trip was when my nephew caught his very first fish right off the dock—truly a memory we’ll cherish forever.Evenings were filled with laughter around the fire pit and some friendly competition at the ping pong table, which was a huge hit with our whole group. Whether we were exploring the lake or just lounging on the deck with a coffee, every moment felt magical.This lake house offered the perfect blend of comfort, adventure, and relaxation. We left with full hearts and amazing memories. Highly, highly recommend!

Summary: This was an absolute Amazing experience. The house is BEAUTIFUL and completely stocked with whatever anybody needs. They also make sure you and your family are comfortable and well entertained. Especially with that fun scavenger hunt (An absolute must). From breath-taking views of the lake to the amazing picnic area, fishing dock with seating, gorgeous bridge, walking trails! a fire pit, This beautiful property offers EVERYTHING! Summary: We were watching the weather anxiously, leading up to our visit with family that live in Homer. We wound up getting a beautiful weekend where we were even able to take SUPs and kayaks out on the water, but the house is so comfortable with all of the amenities that we would've been cozy and entertained if the weather had been colder and even if it had been ridiculously hot -- we got Goldilocks weather though so we didn't have to deal with extremes. And the few times we had questions in the beginning, the owners were very quick to respond with helpful information. The property is beautiful, and we would definitely return.

Summary: Our families had an absolute amazing time! When we got there we instantly fell in love and felt at home. Very spacious, very clean home. Fun for everyone! We enjoyed the scavenger hunt, the kids enjoyed fishing off the dock, playing ping pong and shuffle board. Even with as hot as it was we enjoyed the hot tub too. We can’t say enough good things. We look forward to being able to return!!
