Summary: The hotel in general is well kept and in a good area. My frustration comes from the fact that we stayed 5 nights and requested the room be cleaned and it never was. I had to get towels every day from the front desk and finally had to ask for a trash bag when the trash cans were overflowing. Someone did come and take those. My other frustration was that they did not allow the kids to eat dinner they had picked up after a long softball game in the lobby. No food allowed in the lobby? You can order food and I assume eat it there, but if you walk in with food you can't eat in the lobby. Makes no sense.

Summary: I would have liked my room cleaned but otherwise was a great stay in a small town. I liked the bistro option available and the staff was great.

Summary: Friendly crew, very-very clean location. Comfortable bed, nice lobby, immaculate pool all in a quiet area with multiple restaurants and shopping in walking distance. A quick drive from a very quaint downtown area with more dining and entertainment opportunities. If you get a chance, check out Lincoln Parish Park. Great walking path, little lake, so many shady spots to relax. Cute spot to reintroduce yourself to relax in Nature.

Summary: The property is really nice the staff were all kind friendly & helpful. The room amenities ok. Now for the items that need work and this coming from an inspectors view. Rm421 1.) we were on the 4 th floor some type of machinery, sounded like a large generator starting up and running for a period of time. Not real loud but you know it’s there and get use to it. 2) there was a constant vibration felt on the floor and bed and I even felt it while on the sofa. Notsure where that was coming from. 3) in the shower the head needs cleaning the spray has holes that are clogged & some spraying elsewhere instead of on the one taking a shower and it ends up on the floor outside the shower if you preheat the water. 4) the shower water control is loose and would not let me control the temp as I wanted to either hot or cold with a little warm In between. 5) one of the nightstands has had the outlets removed & I had to use an extension cord to charge my phone. 6) one of the elevators needs maintenance sounds like it needs grease (???) and the floor chime is annoying should be lower tone & volume. 7) only purchased a couple of drinks at the bar/eatery but to only be able to use a credit/debit card is not good, get back to also using the good ole American greenbacks please!! 8) one end of the building entrance auto door locks sounds like it’s locking / unlocking hard I’m sure whomever rooms are close to that entrance had to be annoyed. Hope this helps the hotel get things fixed

Summary: Exceptional room, nice and clean. Water pressure for the shower was incredible and got very hot. Breakfast was delicious and staff at the restaurant were super friendly with kids. 10/10 would return
