Summary: Everything we needed we had. There were a few things like trash left in the can by the coffee table and coffee grounds left in the machine. Once we saw the trash cans we were able to take care of that

Summary: The communication with the hosts were excellent. Matt and Linda were very sweet. The cleanliness was less than desirable. Smelly couch and bedding. Nice backyard for my dog though and despite the spider webs on the patio furniture I did enjoy hearing the birds/hummingbirds and the gorgeous weather.

Summary: I recommend Matt Cozy home in Lompoc, he was quick to answer and always addressed all my needs. My stay was very comfortable and the house was cozy and had everything I needed. Definitely recommended for anyone in the area!

Summary: This little cottage is very comfortable and well stocked. The patio area is fantastic, there's plenty of seating and they even have a great fire pit. We will definitely book this cottage again. The hosts Matt and Linda are incredible.
