Summary: Very comfortable. Extended stay of 9 days awaiting birth of a granddaughter. Close to Garner where family lives. Enjoyed the small town. Good walking trails.

Summary: No thermostat to control HVAC. It was less than 60 degrees in apt. Host advised to use space heater to warm up (in july). Upstairs neighbors were the party crowd with loud music.
