Avoid crowds by walking to Bayside beach and relax in the sun with the whole family. Within 2 1/2 blocks you will find a boat launch, picnic area, beach, and dock. PM Park, with restaurant, Tiki Bar, beach, and park is just a little farther down the street. The Sweet Spot ice cream is across South Shore Drive.
A boat launch is 2 1/2 blocks at the Bayside beach. State Park is 1.3 miles. It is just off South Shore Drive and has a large park area and beach. City Beach and boat launch is downtown Clear Lake by City Park (2.2 miles). McIntosh State Park is 4.5 miles in Ventura.

Summary: beautiful little place, perfect location. 3 of us stayed and we each had a boat. plenty of room to back the boats and trucks into driveway and charge them up over night. very homey and comfortable.
