Avoid crowds by walking to Bayside beach and relax in the sun with the whole family. Within 2 1/2 blocks you will find a boat launch, picnic area, beach, and dock. PM Park, with restaurant, Tiki Bar, beach, and park is just a little farther down the street. The Sweet Spot ice cream is across South Shore Drive.
A boat launch is 2 1/2 blocks at the Bayside beach. State Park is 1.3 miles. It is just off South Shore Drive and has a large park area and beach. City Beach and boat launch is downtown Clear Lake by City Park (2.2 miles). McIntosh State Park is 4.5 miles in Ventura.

Summary: Very nice unit on a quiet part of town. Easy to get to highway and to the Main Street strip to downtown, Vancouver. Inside, the unit was clean and very nice. Comfortable and warm. The SAUNA was perfect. I wouldn't change a thing. I definitely will be back next time I visit.
