Negative: Hotel receptionist was irritable. No elevator. Bathroom fan was as loud as a Tractor.

Positive: I was pleasantly surprised about how nice of a facility this is. The rooms are impeccably clean and in great repair. I travel for a living and this hotel was as nice, if not nicer, than the majority of the hotels I stay in. The staff was extremely accommodating and the breakfast was prompt and delicious. The city of Garner needs to be proud they have such a nice place for guests to stay when visiting their quaint little town. Kudos to the owners and people who work there.

Negative: The only thing I could come up with for not liking would be no elevator. It is only two stories so it was not a deal breaker for me. If you are elderly or would have trouble lugging luggage up a flight of stairs, they offer to assist you, or you could book a first floor room.
