Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, four bedroom, four bathroom vacation rental. Your entire family will sleep like royalty in this home. We have not one, not two, but three king sized beds. Don’t worry about falling behind with your work because we have an office perfect for any emergency assignments.
Gorgeous views of the mountains and lake! Close to open desert riding areas. Not too far from the lake with views that are to die for from the balcony/patio and pool areas. Plenty of room and entertainment opportunities for the whole family and some friends as well!
There is a quiet pool and spa area perfectly perched above the home, with palm trees and no obstructions to the amazing view and spectacular sunsets. Perfect place to recharge and relax. A resort experience in a very quiet location! Relax and enjoy the trade winds, sunsets and a drink in your own personal resort!
Completely redecorated when we purchased it in the Fall of 2016 and we continually upgrade furnishings & items in the home throughout the year.
Home includes two master suites and a third master with connecting bathroom to kids/young adults bedroom. A total of 4 full bedrooms with 3 1/2 bathrooms there is room for everyone. All four bedrooms have their own walk in closets. Over 2870 square feet of interior living space with an additional 700 square feet of game room area in the downstairs garage and 1600 plus square feet of outdoor entertaining space complete with pool, spa, views, palapa/bar hut, fire pit, two outdoor dining areas, loveseat, 2 comfy chairs, a swing, 2 rockers, two bistro seating areas and a waterfall!
This resort home can accommodate your party of eight adults and up to four children, comfortably.
This property features granite countertops, beautiful tile floors and carpeted bedrooms with their own HD TV in each bedroom, family room and patio area. Family room has an HD smart 75 inch TV withBlue Ray DVD player, surround bar surround sound system, Netflix, loads of DVD movies, and wireless internet. Separate laundry area with brand new washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.
The kitchen has top of the line GE Monogram and LG appliances, fully equipped with cups, dishes, utensils, pots, pans, small appliances, etc. We have made every effort to ensure you have a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
Exterior cameras are located at all points of entry into the home for safety and security. Locations are; Front driveway, upper side driveway, entire backyard covering two sliding door access points (which covers the pool & spa as well) side of home where dining room door access is and one in garage covering house access door.

Summary: The owner has great communication and was wonderful with check in. The house was very clean, outdoor area wonderful and the game room so much fun.It is a 5 star.property. There were internet issues that we experienced throughout the day and trip. We choose not to bother anyone with that. But if you need consistent internet, be sure to work out with the owner.

Summary: From February 1 to March 15 we stayed at this beautiful property in Lake Havasu city and I would highly recommend this location. It was a nice quiet neighborhood with great views from the pool area. The Host Laurie was amazing at getting back to us in a matter of minutes if we had any questions. I highly recommend this property.

Summary: We enjoyed staying at this home very much. It is one of the nicest we've stayed at. Having access to the BLM trails, the beautiful and large pool, and the ambiance of the custom home was very nice! The play room was fun for all of us. And, having access to the shade of the garage made minor boat work much more comfortable.

Summary: We have stayed here 2 times and are excited to return again. The house is beautiful snd very clean. All the appliances and amenities are high quality in good working order. Pool is beautiful. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. House has 2 full bed/bath suites on one side then a queen room and 2 bed room on ither side with a jack and jill style bath between. Also has half bath and laundry. Owner us super responsive and easy to work with. Loved our stay!!! (Havasu is scorching hot in july and pool was still refreshing and AC was in perfect working order. )

Summary: Besides of it having alot of stairs, this wonderful home is spacious with a great back yard and a pool for family fun also a game room and what made it really worth the stay is the communication with the property manager. Laurie answered and reply to text promptly.. Thank you again Laurie
