This is a custom ( construction completed in September 2018), fully furnished 500 square foot cottage situated 2 miles north of downtown Gunnison, on 1.3 acres of private property on the Gunnison river, with private fishing and boating access during the summer season. A beautiful quite piece of paradise on a paved dead end county road. Property is a .5 mile walk to RTA bus stop ( free bus to Crested Butte and Gunnison) and bike path to town at the end of the road. we also have town bikes for you to use during your stay! There is also a park and ride stop 1 mile away, a great way to ski CB! Private driveway and parking, plenty of room for your trailers and toys! There is a shed for your bikes and skis. We live next door and are available if you need us. One month rentals are subject to a $175 cleaning fee.

Summary: Beautifully constructed guest cottage, with great natural light, and views of gorgeous old cottonwoods out almost every window. The place was very clean and Karah is great to deal with if questions. So much incredible outdoor recreation in the area and the cottage is a wonderful place to return to. Looking forward to booking again.

Summary: Property is a beautiful quiet getaway just outside of town on the Gunnison River, in walking distance to Garlic Mikes. This was my second stay and it did not disappoint. Clean and modern appliances. A quiet retreat when I visit family.

Summary: We were very impressed with this home, it's small and mighty! There was literally everything we needed in the home with kitchen items, furniture, bedding, bathroom items and more! The home is very clean and well designed for the set up! We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this home for anyone wanting to stay in a comfortable and quiet location!

Summary: We were in town for an event and had a wonderful stay at this property. The check-in process was so easy and smooth (the door was left open upon on arrival and a key was easily accessible via an outside lock box). We were welcomed with a sweet personalized chalkboard message and treat tray, complete with jerky treats for our dog. The property is absolutely beautiful and nestled along the river at the end of a quite county road. Our dog enjoyed endless hours of frisbee and fetch in the spacious yard, and we enjoyed exploring the whimsical tepee/cabin and other fun items throughout the property. The rental cabin itself was spacious and well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Fall is a beautiful time to visit as the trees on the property were absolutely stunning. We can't wait to come back again!
