Positive: Well, it was amazing. It was our first out of state hunt for my family. I wanted to rent a house to make it as comfortable as possible just in case we got sick, or if the kiddos just wanted to relax for a day and watch YouTube, Football, or just sleep. The spacious master bathroom, the 2 living rooms, open kitchen, no TV's in the bedroom, it was honestly the best setup I could ask for. The beds were extremely comfortable. My 12 year old son made the blue sectional his bed for the week. There were a few things someone could be picky about.... ( We had to go buy the piece for the Keurig to make our own coffee). We are a Folgers family. A couple other things too but they are so minimal. That was just an example. Long story short..... Thank you to the Homeowner, Sarah- the front desk operations specialist......and booking.com You 3 made this the greatest week ever. Looking forward to renting this every year until Colorado stops 3rd Season OTC tags.

Positive: The price and location of the house was great. It was clean and had sufficient accommodations for everyone in our party. The house was easy to find, easy to get into and had just about everything we needed. We definitely recommend the rental to anyone.

Negative: We could not find trash bags anywhere. The beds in all of the rooms were really hard and very uncomfortable. I struggled to sleep the second night. We purchased steaks to grill on the grill and there was no propane in the tank. We had to cook them Inside on the stove. And on the final day we did find ants on the counter.

Summary: It was affordable, comfortable, clean and great location!

Positive: Liked the layout of the house, all on one floor. kitchen was easy to use. It was close to shops and restaurants. Easy parking.

Negative: The bathroom ceiling was leaking, the bed in one room had lost some of its slats, one of the towels was dirty. NO CORKSCREW IN KITCHEN

Summary: OK for what we needed - a place to collapse after skiing.
