Positive: Big outdoor terrace with the picture-perfect view. Having small private beach for your disposal (shared with another house) was amazing. The location was only 10mins drive from the best IMHO family-friendly beaches on Skopelos (Milia, Ftelia, Kastani) and also very close to Neo Klima center where you can find some nice, local tavernas. In general the house was very well equipped with all the kitchen / bathroom products you always need when traveling (for shower, dishawashing, washing, cooking - oil, spices, first aid kit, anti mosquitos....)
Negative: I think the real biggest single minus point of this property are the downhill neighbours - the Club Paraiso. On most weekdays they do outside screening of a Mamma Mia movie which starts at 21:00 and is SUPER LOUD. After the movie screening they continue with playing the Abba songs so I assume they have some sort of a disco trying to push coctail sells to the movie audience. The whole affair carries on well into the midnight hours :-/ This whole thing was super disruptive for our holidays. We could not enjoy sitting in the evening on the terrace and enjoy the gorgeous view :( We tried to call the police every time but that did not seem to have helped. Anyways, we find this a very anti social way to run the business. We don't understand how they can run their business by disrupting community around them. I assume more people with properties in the neighborhood are impacted by this lack of consideration and decency on the part of the Club Paraiso. Regarding private beach - note there tended to be clusters of pine needles floating in the water close to the shore which was a bit annoying - you had to swim through them to get to the deeper water. There was also a lot of mosquitos during the evening.

Positive: Amazing “private” cove. Fantastic terrace. Bay view. Unforgettable hosts that treated us with their hone-made products and drinks in the fridge. Private and much calmer than Skopelos town. Air conditioning and washing machine. I would definitely recommend it to my friends. The villa looks even nicer than on photos.
Negative: We were absolutely satisfied with everything, but if I need to choose one thing is a dishwasher, because we do cook on our trips.
Summary: Fantastic location with private cove, great terrace, private with amazing hosts.

Positive: The view is amazing and the house is beautiful. The hosts brought us figs from the nearby tree as well as grapes from their mountain hike. The highlight of the property is the private access to a little beach. It was our favorite place to swim and we didn’t even check out other beaches. We also loved having the visit of a friendly cat that we were sad to leave.
Negative: The noise from the beach bar. We almost left after the first day as we could hear the DJ playing music until 8:30pm and then we had the mamma Mia movie from the open air cinema (from that same beach bar) start at 9:30 every other night. We reached out to the owners who felt powerless and to the bar and while they lowered the music the next day, it went back to its original noise. It really is a shame as the house is so amazing. We weighed the pros and cons and decided to stay and enjoy the mornings that were thankfully music free but it wasn’t the peaceful stay we had hoped for. There is also a steep and narrow drive down to the house so be aware. Lastly, some nudists arrived in the middle of our stay, from the apartments (you share the private access)and we didn’t feel super comfortable staying at the beach. We didn’t tell the owners but we are pretty sure unit isn’t allowed.
Summary: Still a beautiful spot despite some negatives

Positive: We loved everything about this stay. The views were amazing, the villa was beautiful, clean and roomy with everything you need and a very nice welcome pack. Lia was lovely and very helpful, especially with giving us an agent's details from the island to book the best way to get there and with booking a car., as our agent from Australia was not very helpful. You also had straight access to their own private beach. It would have to be the best place we have ever stayed in. There were beautiful ocean views from every window. We will definitely be back again to stay there and for longer, it was the highlight of our holiday.
Negative: That we didn't book for longer, it is that beautiful 3 nights were not enough

Positive: We loved the private cove - it was comparable to the most beautiful beaches on the island. Wonderful to swim before breakfast each day! The actual villa was wonderful - comfortable with a really lovely outdoor sitting area. Great location on the island too - near to beaches in both South and North.
Negative: The only thing I can think of, is that some people might get bothered by the music travelling up from paradiso beach bar. They play inoffensive house music - it wasn't loud, but you could definitely hear it in beach bar hours (so from midday or so through to 8.30pm ish. We rather liked it! Some guests might feel this spoils the tranquility though. You can't hear this from the private cove, just when sitting in the outside area of the villa.
Summary: We loved it! Wonderful host, beautiful villa, a fantastic little beach to swim from, great location.
