Positive: Everything was great. Lovely cottage in lovely Grosmont with perfect view of steam.trains coming and going.

Negative: Difficult to find any fault. Perhaps would have been nice to have kindling and wood, but nit-picking to be honest. Parking was easy as could park on single yellow lines out of season, but would be slightly trickier later in year?

Positive: The location overlooking the railway was the main reason we booked this cottage. The cottage was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed.

Negative: Some simply instructions on which settings to use if you just wanted to watch the standard TV channels would have been helpful as we struggled with the smart TV set up.
