Beautiful home, newly remodeled ready for your family. Perfect location (less than a mile from Parris Island) and centralized to all military bases, shops, restaurants and local beaches. Savannah International Airport is about 45 minutes away and Charleston Airport is about 90 minutes away. The home is pet friendly ($120 per pet fee) and we ask that you keep the pet crated while not at home. No cats are allowed, as I am highly allergic. 1 dog/animal max. No cats, birds, rodent, reptile. No animal on furniture! Any stains will require an additional fee paid by guests as a damaged fee. I live nearby as well so I am always just a phone call away. Late check-out fee: $50 per 30 minutes unless prior arrangements were made. No parking on grass! Blocking or disconnecting cameras or sensors is grounds for immediate removal without refund.

Summary: Overall the unit was clean for the most part, spacious and we loved having the large fenced in yard for our dogs. However, the dog bowls were dirty when we arrived (we brought and used our own) and there was a strong odor of cleaning products that seemed to be masking dog odors that lingered our entire trip. Our dogs are hypo-allergenic so dog odors may be more sensitive to us than other dog owners.

Summary: Great location, close to a majority of shops and restaurants. We loved being able to use the porch on the breezy evenings while utlizing the grill. People in the neighborhood were friendly and helped when our dog dashed out the front door. The property manager was great to work with and answered any questions we had. I will recommend to others I know that visit the area to stay here.

Summary: We loved renting this home. It was just what we needed for our short stay. Clarissa was very helpful whenever we needed her. The only thing the home needs is a TV in the 2 guest bedrooms. Other than that we will definitely be staying again ❤️

Summary: This property is only about 15-20 min from Parris Island, making it perfect for families who are coming to see their Marines graduate from boot camp! It’s very close to major stores. It’s equipped with all the kitchen amenities you need as well as an outdoor grill and fire pit if the weather is nice. Two spacious bedrooms for two couples and a room with two twin beds for the kids. We very much enjoyed our stay!
